In case a customer manages to damage the hardware, what would be the possible replacement charges?

If there is intentional damage or misuse, then you would have to pay for a replacement.
This cost will vary according to the hardware:
 

  • Rs5,500 for residential units
  • Rs7,000 for the SME units
  • Up to 5 lakhs for Enterprise and Business units (10Gbit/s services)
