What kind of hardware does Hayai provide?

In case a customer manages to damage the hardware, what would be the possible replacement charges?

If there is intentional damage or misuse, then you would have to pay for a replacement.

What if the hardware goes bad (not because of customer's mishandling)?

We will issue a warranty replacement (either new or refurbished depending on what is in stock).

What is the modem rental charge?

For Fiber: Hayai will provide appropriate hardware in order to access the service. This device does not incur any additional charges to you, but remains property of Hayai.
 
For WiFi: No modem or router is required to use Hayai services over WiFi. In some buildings, we may recommend an external antenna to be mounted to your window in order to increase the signal in the event that we are unable to successfully maintain a stable speed of at least 3mbit/s inside your home. A one-time cost of Rs1,000 would apply if it is required.
