How much time would it take to install the connection at my place?

It depends on your area, as we are connecting people based on the area - partially for efficiency and partially because demand in some areas is stronger than others.

It also depends a little bit on which type of connection you are taking:
 
For fiber: In some areas there may be a significant wait due to the fact that in almost all areas we are starting almost from scratch and rolling out an all-new network. In some areas we will offer a copper connection in place of Fiber (at a reduced tariff) until the Fiber becomes available.
 
For copper: while it is technically possible for us to cover about 80% of Mumbai, unfortunately there are a few hurdles to clear with the local operators, so not all local operators are on board with providing the kinds of speeds we want to provide yet. Some operators are enthusiastic, others less so, so we are working hard to show each of them that Hayai will be a positive addition to their businesses or working to find mutually acceptable alternatives.
 
For wireless: As we connect our WiFi base-stations to the wired network(s), wireless coverage is somewhat dependant on the coverage of the wired networks as well, and for quality purposes in most cases we are guaranteeing customers wireless coverage only if their building or an adjacent building has a WiFi access point.
